Alina Badea is part of our litigation practice. She holds extensive experience in litigation matters across a variety of legal disputes in connection with various corporate, commercial, employment, tax, family law, real estate and construction, public procurement matters, including complaints under the European Convention on Human Rights. Due to her multiangled and multifaceted expertise, Alina equally possesses a vast consultancy portfolio, having handled throughout her career numerous pharmaceuticals and healthcare, real estate and tax law matters. She is therefore able to provide comprehensive cross-departmental assistance in a variety of sectors. As an active part in the management process of matters, Alina is acting for large scale international and local clients. She possesses excellent communication skills and fast paced strategical thinking.
