• Assisted a pharmaceutical company, with the analysis of relevant documents and drafting the report part of the due diligence process regarding the movable and immovable assets in connection to the acquisition of immovable assets, machines and equipment, employees, agreements, authorizations (products stock, raw material, semi-finished goods (consumables and trade receivables associated to the production of non-oncology products;
• Advising and assisting a leading partwork publisher and licensed collectible company, regarding its contractual relationships with Romanian distributors;
• Assisting an investment group, in the process of a tender procedure before Romanian authorities for the purposes of the designing, engineering, and construction of a water bottling plant;
• Assisted a major discount supermarket chain, with analysing and revising various commercial contracts used in its current activity; equally providing secondement - assistance and drafting relevant documents part of the compliance and data protection department of the client;
• Assisted a major gas stations network, with regards to legal aspects and litigation entailed by breaches of various contractual provisions;
• Provided an important Belgian parkings developer and operator ,with legal assistance in the process of acquiring an underground parking and the ancillary activity as well as assistance with drafting various agreements part of the transaction and assistance prior and post closing of the transaction;
• Assisted a major European parkings developer, regarding a potential merger between intra group companies as well as regarding day to day corporate and real estate matters; analysis from a data protection perspective and drafting relevant documents and agreements from a GDPR perspective;
• Assisted a major specialized vehicles distributor, with regards to assistance in view of the sale of a real estate subject to a special legal regime being clasified as historical monument;
• Assisted a European producer of sports equipment, with the analysis of relevant documents and drafting due diligence report regarding movable and immovable assets of a ski boots manufacturing plant and the ancillary activity, as well as with drafting agreements part of the acquisition transaction;
• Advised and assisted a major sports equipment manufacturer, with drafting relevant documents for incorporation of a company in the context of the acquisition of a ski boots manufacturing plant and the ancillary activity, drafting relevant documents and representing the client before the Trade Registry regarding change of directors, registration of working points;
• Assisted a leading wolrdwide automotive supplier of exhaust technology, with the analysis of relevant documents and drafting the report part of the due diligence process regarding the movable and immovable assets of an IT company, in view of its acquisition;
• Advised a major investment group, with regards to the analysis of relevant documents and drafting the report part of the due diligence process in view of the acquisition of a real estate consisting in the land and the abattoir erected upon, including drafting the agreements part of the transaction as well as corporate approvals;
• Assisted a major wipers producer, with drafting the relevant corporate documents regarding the change of its name and provided assistance in various day to day corporate matters;

• Assisted the most important palliative care provider in Romania, with the due diligence process regarding the sale of a plot of land of the owner, analysis regarding expropriation procedure in course for a part of the land subject to the transaction, assistance in the context of the transaction;
• Assisted a major satellite TV operator, in connection with the assessment of a customer related software used, revising the group´s cookie policy from a GDPR perspective as well as with regards to the potential use of different legal bases for marketing campaigns.
