Flavia is a part of our advisory department, being primarily involved in IP, data privacy, competition, consumer protection and M&A matters. Previously part of reputed international law firms present on the Romanian market, Flavia equally deals with corporate and commercial, employment, regulatory as well as administrative matters. She advised high profile clients active in various industry sectors, such as retail, FMCG, banking and finance.
