Ioana Ivașcu is a a skilled lawyer with a practice focused on litigation and insolvency. Previously a member of the litigation team of one of the largest Romanian law firms, Ioana represents a wide range of high profile corporate and private clients in court. She is particularly skilled in debt recovery procedures as well as insolvency and real estate matters. Her expertise equally covers consumer rights, criminal law and labour law aspects. Ioana is a results oriented lawyer, continuously focusing on finding out-of-the-box efficient solutions for the clients she represents.
