Roxana Nemțanu
Senior Associate
Roxana Nemțanu is part of our dispute resolution practice. She provides legal assistance and representation of clients in front of the courts of justice, in a wide variety of civil, commercial, administrative and insolvency matters (including but not limited to administrative and procurement disputes, annulment of building permits and environmental assessments, debt recovery, rescission of contracts, complaints against dismissal resolution, complaints against shareholders meetings, petitions for possession or real estate property, inheritance, compensation for moral damages, etc.). Roxana assists major international companies and important local players in matters involving exceptional stakes. She possesses excellent team management skills and has fast paced strategical thinking.
